Hello! I’m Seth, a user experience designer and illustrator working in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. I’ve been in the design industry for the last 20 years. I started my career when print was still a thing and websites were being created in Flash. My first job was at an architecture firm doing web design and branding for projects in Dubai. My next position had my managing branding, packaging and web design for a beer company. After my beer years I was a designer at an agency that did branding, marketing and web design. That’s where I got my first real taste of user experience design. My new interest in user experience design led me to a tech consulting agency where we focused on human centered design. I worked closely with clients and engineers to deliver efficient buildable solutions. One of those clients was PNC Bank which eventually offered me a position as lead user experience designer. Right now I’m closing in on year 5 at PNC and my title is Lead Senior User Experience designer.
